AI4Ops is not affiliated with USCIS. USCIS remains the official source of case information and immigration decisions.

When using AI4Ops services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information where required.
• Use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access tokens.
• Notify AI4Ops promptly of any suspected unauthorized access or security issue.

AI4Ops collects and uses certain information such as your name, contact details, USCIS receipt numbers, language preferences, and usage logs to operate and improve the services.

• AI predictions and summaries are estimates only and may contain inaccuracies.
• The services do not provide legal advice or create an attorney–client relationship.
• No outcome with USCIS or any other authority is guaranteed.
• Automation may occasionally fail, produce delays, or be impacted by third-party system changes.

AI4Ops may suspend or terminate access to some or all services if a user:

• Violates these Terms or other published policies.
• Uses automation in an abusive, harmful, or disruptive manner.
• Attempts to exploit vulnerabilities or compromise security.

AI4Ops also reserves the right to discontinue services or specific features, with reasonable notice where practical.

AI4Ops services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• No warranties (express or implied) are given regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.
• AI4Ops does not warrant that notifications will always be delivered or timely.
• USCIS and other third-party systems remain responsible for their own data and decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI4Ops and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Missed, delayed, or duplicate notifications.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

AI4Ops may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “last updated” date may be revised and, where appropriate, users may be notified via email, in-app messages, or other channels.

Continued use of the services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the changes.
